Following Planning approval, we will prepare the constructional drawings and specification details in order to secure your Building Control Approval. This is a complex area that has your health and safety at heart, the Building Regulations are aimed at achieving minimum standards in a building”s construction.
The process of applying for Building Regulations approval is a completely separate one to the planning permission process. We will work with and co-ordinate the services of local structural engineers as required to compile the application documents and manage your application until approval.
